DAYTIME GROUP / MEETING: Private Room between 11am - 5pm for rehearsals, meetings, family lunch.

EVENTS: Professional / Onstage / Public Events + audio equipment & stage tech available.
FULL VENU HIRE: Large corporate parties, weddings, family celebrations.
* Same day bookings are not taken for The Function Room. Full Venue Hire bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance.
** All confirmed bookings understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions of Venue Hire and applicable deposit and refund policies defined by it.
FULL VENU HIRE:
The amount of minimum spend associated with full venue / downstairs hire depends on your requested party date, special requirements and services provided - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE.
LUNCH / DINNER / DRINKS:
There is no minimum spend associated with downstairs pub bookings (table / area / dinner reservations etc...) under 20 guests, unless otherwise agreed due to special circumstances / arrangements / catering services.
Table and Area reservations for over 20 guests and/or with special arrangements might be asked to comply with a Minimum Spend Requirement - if this applies to your booking, we will contact you with details via e-mail.
FUNCTION ROOM / EVENTS:
Hiring the function room in the evenings (5pm - closing) requires a minim spend agreement, the amount of which depends on the day of the week as specified:
MON - £200 / TUE - £300 / WED - £400 / THUR - £500 / FRI & SAT - £600 / SUN - £100
For daytime (11am - 5pm) function room bookings hourly charges apply, see below.

DAYTIME GROUP / MEETING:
We charge a fixed £10 / hour fee for function room use during daytime hours, between 11am - 5pm. You may pay on the date at the bar.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
PARTY / ROOM HIRE / PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Bookings made for Tables / Areas for over 20 guests, the Function Room or Pre-Ordered Food may be cancelled in writing (to email@example.com) at least 72 hours in advance of applicable booking date; in which case any deposits or upfront payments will be fully refunded.
FULL VENUE HIRE CANCELLATIONS
Bookings made for the whole Venue Privately may be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of applicable booking date; in which case any deposits or upfront payments will be fully refunded.
